Located in Woodland Hills surrounded by 126 acres of natural preserve, this Mediterranean has been transformed from Developer's spec home to a gracious and sensitive remodel that embodies the native surroundings and celebrates California's Dryness in the form of an Oasis with multiple outdoor rooms that quietly observe rather than compete. The idea was to open what had been overplanted and reveal the nature while inviting all of the wildlife back inside. We added walled courtyard, outdoor lounge, fire pits, outdoor wet bar, water features and so much more.
