Contemporary Greek California Mediterranean meets fun low water use gardens and outdoor living at its finest. A big part of this design was how to take a pedestrian graciously from the street to the front door without the climb up feeling tired or predictable, so a staircase was designed to appreciate the architecture and the vast ocean views. The party continues in the back with a plunge spa/ water feature, outdoor fireplace and kitchen making for maximum use of the great outdoors. The project was done in collaboration with Kiesel Design.
